This picture makes me proud as a Ghanaian. If the Chinese woman can avoid the numerous Chinese Restaurant in Ghana to take something Ghanaian you can tell how good Ghanaian food is.

Where are you?
where are you?
I woke up to behold the sun rise with you,
We learn to walk hand in hand while my legs were but feeble,
I taught my mind was playing tricks on me,
Because, I remember your strong hands hold me from the dangers of my fear,
Your boldness made my worries but as a fly,
Blown away by the strong winds with which you brought me gifts of large fishes,
I woke up only to find out you were gone,
Where are you?
The one my heart had always longed to be with,
Now I woke up to be told you were gone,
Gone , gone , gone , gone, gone
Gone , never to be seen again.
Where are you?

The Door of No Return
The Door above in the Cape Coast Castle is the "door of no return".The Cape Coast Castle was the hub of the trans-african slave trade that took place 200 years ago.Anyone of the over million people that passed through this door never came back.
(Forgive me for not posting for sometime now.I have been having problems with my internet connection provider (ISP) )

Festivals @ Cape Coast
Festivals are always a great time in Cape Coast. We get to meet old friends and new ones......if lucky future spouses. This is the time where the Kings and Royals exhibit the richness of the City's royalty.( This is an old shot I just pulled from a folder on my pc...would post pictures when the festival comes on this)
